Meeting Minutes – 12/7/21
I. Call to order
Co-Presidents Michael Dye and Tim Blackburn called to order the regular monthly meeting of the Andersen DEANS Foundation at 6:30pm at the Phase I Clubhouse.
II. Roll call
The following members were present:
Executive Session: Michael Dye, Tim Blackburn, Darren Anthony, David Jubitz, Nate DeSousa, Alex Murray, Chase Rief and Kevin Harbour.
III. Executive Session – Open Issues & New Business
a) Darren Anthony presented an updated budget to the DEANS Board for discussion. Additional funding ideas and programs for 2022 and future years were discussed.
b) Choice Lunch was discussed and it was unanimously approved that DEANS would supplement delivery fees on days when minimum orders were not met.
c) Tickets for the upcoming Tour de Port Streets went on sale on 12/6/21; as of the meeting tickets were almost sold out with an additional 6 couples tickets available
e) The first annual DEANS List party was discussed and a date of April 28th was tentatively set.
f) DEANS board members discussed the upcoming Andersen Dance with PTA and agreed to continue discussions with PTA around providing some level of funding for the event.
IV. Michael Dye and Tim Blackburn adjourned the meeting at 8:11pm.
