DEANs – Dads Eliminating Andersen’s Needs
Meet Our RTI Teachers
“We are deeply indebted and grateful for the DEANs support of Andersen’s RTI teachers! While many are familiar faces, we are fortunate to have some new additions as well! Each bring their own personality, experiences and expertise to our program. This year the word has definitely been flexibility! Originally we had dedicated one RTI teacher to each grade level to allow teachers to utilize them in ways that made sense during our 100% online start to the year. Life has certainly thrown us a few curve balls here and we have been able to do a bit of shuffling to accommodate some new circumstances and ensure students had access to continuity of curriculum and a friendly familiar face. As we shift once again to the hybrid cohort model, we are continuing to modify as needed. RTI teachers are meeting 1:1 with our primary students in administering assessments and pulling small groups to support and enrich our upper graders! As needs change, so will our amazing RTI teachers. Know that all of our students are benefiting from this program- we are so fortunate and appreciative of the support!!! Allow me to introduce our awesome RTI staff!”
